Resource Description:
- Identity and Access Management Specialist to lead the implementation of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) project using SailPoint, integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. The specialist will drive the design, deployment, adoption and evolution of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities, ensuring secure, automated, and compliant access management across the enterprise.

Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).
- Experience integrating IGA platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance,



RBAC, and provisioning connectors.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud solution.
- Design and configure integration with SAP SuccessFactors to enable HR-driven identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
- Define and implement access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align governance processes with compliance frameworks.
- Ensure the solution supports audit, regulatory, and internal security requirements.
