**Objetivo de la Posición**: Colaborar en las actividades relacionadas al área de Onsite-Support, atención y soporte básico a usuario final, alineados a los objetivos, SLAs y planes de la compañía.
- ** Requisitos**:Recien egresados** en Carreras afines a Tecnologías de la Información.
- ** Software**: Windows + Office365.
- ** Idioma**: Inglés Técnico.
**Actividades**:
- Soporte Técnico básico a Deskside Support y órdenes de servicio atendidas por proveedores.
- Cierre de tickets relacionados con garantías y servicios de impresión utilizando plataforma Service Snow.
- Migración (Carga de imagen) y configuración básica de equipos.
- Mantenimiento preventivo (Limpieza) a equipos Fiori en línea de producción.
- Soporte básico en servicio de impresión.
- Diagnóstico básico de equipo de cómputo y accesorios (En stock).
