Descripción An automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Systems / IT Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize technological infrastructure, networks, information security, and user support for plant and office operations, ensuring business continuity and operational reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT management, technical support, infrastructure administration, and process automation.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing plants or the automotive sector is strongly preferred.
- Level English: Advance

1. ERPs & Management Systems Hands-on experience with SAP implementation or module support (Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, Commercial, Fixed Assets, and Projects).

- User creation, profile management, and access/permission control in Business Central or enterprise ERPs.
- 2. Networking, Security & Infrastructure
- Configuration and administration of
- WAN / LAN
- networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Management of Firewalls (web navigation rules, IP address allocation, network security policies).
- Maintenance and inspection of communication antennas, wireless access points (Wi-Fi), and active equipment.
- Installation, configuration, and operation of CCTV camera systems.
- Fundamental understanding of Cloud storage solutions.3. Server Administration & Technical Support

Administration and monitoring of servers and operating systems (Windows intermediate/advanced).4.



Automation & Tools Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Account administration and advanced Microsoft Office suite).

- First- and second-level technical support (Help Desk) for hardware, software, and networks.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance for PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Asset management, assignment, and safeguarding of computer hardware and mobile devices.
- Data backup management and user recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with No-code / Low-code tools for process automation.
- Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL) and programming logic.
- Development and implementation of IT Security Policies & Procedures to safeguard enterprise systems.
- Soft Skills & Competencies
- Proactivity and sense of urgency (focused on manufacturing operational continuity).
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and high resilience/frustration tolerance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills for end-user support.
- Capacity to document technical processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- 1.Monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications) and resolve technical incidents promptly.
- 2.Oversee the assignment, control, and inventory of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals).
- 3.Ensure compliance with information security policies, backup execution, and recovery plans.
- 4.Collaborate with development, security, or infrastructure teams and third-party vendors on system enhancements.
- 5.Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network operations.
