We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the technology infrastructure for our new corporate headquarters. This role will be instrumental in creating a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience for our employees while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure for a new corporate office, including networking, telecommunications, structured cabling, collaboration tools, and end-user technology.
- Manage office technology migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Define and maintain IT standards, policies, and governance practices in alignment with corporate requirements.
- Oversee corporate network, server, cloud, and collaboration environments.
- Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology service providers.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, telecommunications, and collaboration platforms.
- Identify and implement technology improvements that enhance security, efficiency, and user experience.

Qualifications





- 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting office build-outs, corporate relocations, or workplace technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience managing external vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English proficiency.
