What You'll Do

Define monthly, weekly, and daily priorities for the team, establishing the territory to visit, the commerce pipeline, and closing negotiations. Lead the recruitment, selection, training, and onboarding of new commercial execution profiles, ensuring their ongoing training in the product portfolio. Monitor daily performance metrics of the team to structure individual action plans and provide continuous feedback on results and behaviors.

What We're Looking For

Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with a focus on technological sales. 5 years of experience in similar commercial leadership positions. Experience in managing and developing field commercial teams and monitoring business KPIs using CRM tools.
