What You'll Do

Coordinate representatives, monitor productivity, ensure goal compliance, and track KPIs such as accuracy, quality, productivity, and absenteeism. Analyze data to identify deviations and define corrective actions. Ensure the team has the necessary tools and training to work safely, promote a positive environment, and provide constant feedback for staff development.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory, quality, or warehouse management leading operational teams. Knowledge of systems like WMS and Kronos, and data analysis through Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and AI tools.
