Operations CDMX Mexico Onsite Lead Full-Time Aug 26, 2026

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operational cycle (Ops Clock) to ensure the smooth flow of packages, directly impacting delivery promises and user satisfaction. Monitor and correct deviations from key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time to maximize productivity and efficiency. Inspire and develop the operational team and drivers to elevate performance standards and foster a culture of recognition and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in coordinating or operating logistics processes, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers. Direct experience managing operational teams in a floor environment. Proficiency in interpreting key management indicators (KPIs) related to Last Mile operations.
