Role Description The Maniobra General role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Juan del Río, QUE. This role is responsible for supporting daily plant operations, which may include loading and unloading products, organizing and moving materials within warehouses or production areas, and assisting with basic packaging and handling tasks.

The person in this role helps maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by following established procedures and safety guidelines. Daily activities may also involve working with equipment for material handling,



collaborating closely with supervisors and coworkers, and reporting any issues affecting quality, safety, or productivity. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials safely.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or production processes and willingness to learn standard operating procedures.
- Commitment to safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to company policies.
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in an on-site plant environment.
