Job Title: Sr. Manual QA Tester

Location :Remote in Mexico

Job Type :Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual test cases for IVR/IVA systems in Spanish.
- Validate voice prompts, menu flows,



and responses for accuracy and functionality.
- Document test results, report defects, and work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Follow structured testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in test case reviews and requirement discussions.
- Ensure quality standards are met for both functional and voice interaction aspects.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and QA best practices.
- Experience in manual testing, preferably in voice-based systems.
- Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases and documentation.
