Flocksy connects independent contractors with clients who need ongoing creative work. As a creative on our platform, your goal is straightforward: deliver high-quality work and maintain strong client relationships.

At Flocksy, you are the primary owner of your clients’ relationships. We work through a dedicated model, meaning you may work with the same group of clients over time, depending on the clients you choose to take on, allowing you to become familiar with their visual style, brand identity, and artistic expectations.

What will you do?

- Create high-quality custom illustrations, including logos, mascots, icons, character art, and brand illustrations that align with the client’s vision.
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify briefs, request inputs, and align on expectations.
- You own the final quality and artistic alignment of your work. While Art Directors (ADs) are available as a resource for suggestions, you determine how and whether feedback is applied.
- Coordinate with other creatives when working with the same client.
- Use AI tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and illustration tools to accelerate drafting and ideation without sacrificing originality, brand accuracy, or your unique artistic touch.

What we are looking for:

- Contractors who are proactive and take ownership of the clients they choose to work with.
- A strong portfolio showing custom illustration, vector art, character design, icons, logos, or brand-focused illustration work. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- As an independent contractor, you provide your own computer and software tools, such as a drawing tablet, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools, and any other tools necessary to complete the work for clients.
- Professionals who manage communication directly with their clients, with general availability during overlapping business hours to support client collaboration, managed at the contractor’s discretion.
- Clear English skills to manage direct client relationships and document updates in project notes.
