Role Overview

We are looking for a creative motion designer based in Mexico to bring static concepts to life through dynamic motion graphics and animation. You will translate client logos, photography, and video assets into engaging visual stories, produce storyboards and style frames for high-stakes sales pitches, and ensure precise final rendering to technical specs.

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Graphics & Animation:

Design and animate high-quality motion assets by integrating client branding, logos, photography, and video footage.

- Concepting & Pitch Support:

Build comprehensive storyboards and style frames to conceptualize ideas and support sales pitch presentations.

- Production & Rendering:

Optimize, compress, and render final animation files to exact display and output specifications.





Key Requirements

- Experience:

4–5 years of professional motion design experience.

- Demo Reel:

A strong demo reel showcasing expertise in animation, timing, typography, and visual storytelling.

- Core Software Mastery:

High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

- Design Fundamentals:

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for asset preparation and vector management.

- Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with AI generative video and image tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill) is a plus.
