We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada. This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity idóneo for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.

Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement No cap on earnings. Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition LinkedIn Recruiter account preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is the minimum requirement Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment If you’re a recruiter who can consistently find great candidates and turn them into successful placements, this is an opportunity to earn significant commissions while working completely remotely.
