Role Description The PMC Planning Senior Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Reynosa, TAM. This role oversees production, material, and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and efficient use of manufacturing resources. The PMC Planning Senior Supervisor monitors demand, aligns production schedules with customer forecasts, and coordinates closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and sales teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to adjust plans,



resolving bottlenecks and material shortages, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function. The role also involves supervising planning staff, standardizing processes, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.

Qualifications

- Strong production and material planning skills, including capacity analysis, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools used for demand forecasting and resource planning.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in packaging, plastics, or cosmetics-related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving process improvements.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in a business environment; bilingual Spanish/English is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance KPI management is a plus.
