We are a global team of about 3,000 expert Consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across Aerospace and Automotive sectors. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be part of the implementation of a new Manufacturing Management System. In this role, you will:

- Act as the bridge between the client and the programming team.
- Support the management of the project.
- Work with project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure proper follow-up.
- Lead and coordinate project activities with different stakeholders.

Who You Are

- You have 3-6 years of experience in Project Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Passion for Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.

Location: San Pedro Garza García, Reciente León

Work Model: 100% Onsite

Travel: Visits to the plant in Saltillo. Travel expenses are covered.
