What You'll Own
- Supply chain strategy: sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Building and leading a procurement team — setting direction, coaching, holding the bar.
- The procurement budget has real accountability for cost savings.
- Supplier partnerships that actually deliver — on time, on quality, on price.
- Spotting procurement risks before they become problems.
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and Chinese, able to communicate smoothly with international and local teams; working Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in Mexico is a must, and solid Spanish skills are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate procurement needs across multiple plants.
Location Tijuana or Monterrey, Mexico — open to candidates relocating from Taiwan or already based in Mexico.
