PROFILE

- 4 years of experience in the position or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering/Technology, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and internal auditing.
- Knowledge of calibration control and standard inspection/metrology equipment.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), SPC, Control Charts, Pareto Analysis, Histograms, and FMEA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency required.
- Ability to lead and develop a work team.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Audit and maintain quality records related to non-conformances, MRB dispositions, SAP data and control/specification limits, performance, and final test results.
- Establish, schedule, and coordinate Internal Audit Plans and develop audit checklists.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions and continuous improvement plans using the DMAIC problem-solving approach.
- Support the plant Corrective Action System by ensuring timely and effective root cause analysis and solutions.
- Maintain inspection data and develop reports and templates for data analysis, including histograms, Pareto charts, and trend analysis.
- Analyze product quality results across production lines to identify causes of defects and initiate corrective actions.
- Support production and inspection personnel by evaluating and communicating customer and company requirements and specifications.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality system performance at the factory level.
- Support product and process engineers in the development and improvement of processes that minimize scrap and rework.
- Participate in product test planning, process validation, product qualification,



and product verification.
- Review customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Support MRB investigations and actions to resolve non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Maintain the certified test report database.
- Verify test methods, including visual, physical, chemical, and electrical testing.
- Recommend improvements related to preventive maintenance, safety, and housekeeping.
- Conduct technical investigations using engineering principles, technical literature, and sound engineering practices.
- Promote and support a safe, accident-free work environment.
- Ensure operating procedures for new and existing equipment are properly documented.
- Lead and support the development of a quality team.

DESIRABLE (Highly Relevant for LS)

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Minitab or other statistical software.
- Experience in wire and cable manufacturing or a similar manufacturing industry.
- Experience with quality audits and ISO implementation.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with product and process validation.

- Location: Corregidora, Qro.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Salary: $20,000 – $30,000 MXN monthly.
- Transportation allowance: 8% additional to the monthly salary.
