About the Company:

Our client is a growing recruiting firm specializing in the private wealth management and financial services industry in the United States. They focus on providing exceptional recruiting services to their clients and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support their full-cycle recruiting operations. This fully remote position requires experience in recruiting for US-based companies, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to operate professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
- Support recruiters with scheduling, follow-ups, and recruiting operations.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities and talent sourcing initiatives.
- Work within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for US-based companies or clients strongly preferred.




- Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- Strong understanding of US workplace culture and communication styles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting is a plus.
- Candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in the United States are highly preferred.
- Experience working with US recruiting firms, staffing agencies, or executive search firms is a major plus.
- Candidates based in Latin America with extensive US exposure are encouraged to apply.
