THE TEAMOur Retail team is dedicated to curating a distinctive collection of products, objects, art, floral arrangements, and luxury retail experiences that reflect the unique character and sense of place of Las Ventanas al Paraíso. Working closely with the Creative Director, the team delivers exceptional service, high-quality products, and memorable guest experiences while driving commercial success.

The Retail

Manager leads a team that includes the Retail Supervisor, Head Florist, and Store Clerks, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and personalized luxury service.

YOUR ROLEAs Retail Manager, you will lead the overall operation of the Retail department, ensuring exceptional commercial performance, operational excellence, and luxury guest experiences. You will oversee product strategy, buying, merchandising, team leadership, inventory management, and daily operations while collaborating with the Creative Director to maintain a retail offering that reflects the resort's identity and exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership will directly contribute to revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and the ongoing evolution of the retail experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Drive sales performance, profitability, and key retail business objectives through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Identify business opportunities and implement promotions, activations, and sales initiatives that enhance revenue and guest engagement.




- Curate and manage a distinctive product assortment that aligns with the resort’s luxury positioning and sense of place.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Retail team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, pricing, reporting, scheduling, and retail administration to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service, and operational readiness across all retail spaces.

- You are an experienced retail leader with a strong understanding of luxury service and customer experience.
- You have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- You are commercially minded and confident analyzing performance metrics to drive business results.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient in retail systems, including POS and inventory management platforms.
- You communicate confidently in both English and Spanish and thrive in a luxury hospitality environment.
