What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: Take ownership of assigned inbound high-intent warm leads; conduct deep follow-ups via phone calls, virtual meetings, and instant messaging tools to convert leads into paying customers and achieve performance targets.
- Client Fulfillment & Product Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, deliver product demonstrations, and empower clients online to ensure they fully understand our product value, boosting product adoption and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; provide continuous product guidance, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure effective, two-way communication between the company and clients.
- Insights & Feedback: Synthesize client requirements, capture pain points, and escalate product feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement and support regional marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For Qualifications & Requirements

- Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level Portuguese or Spanish speaker, with either Chinese or English as a working language (Chinese: HSK 4 or above; English: CEFR B2 or above). Capable of conducting cross-cultural business communication independently.
- Relevant Experience: Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-sales Consulting, or Sales Support within the SaaS or B2B internet industries.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated and proactive, with strong logical analysis skills and a quick learning curve; able to multi-task efficiently and navigate cross-timezone collaboration.
- Collaboration:



Exceptional teamwork spirit and business-driven mindset; adept at coordinating internal resources to provide systematic and timely support to clients.

Additional Information

- Work Mode: 100% Remote. Candidates must have a stable remote work environment. Must be based in Mexico / Brazil.
- Compensation Structure: Fixed Base Fee + Uncapped Commission.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business Platform or BSP (Business Solution Provider) ecosystem is strongly preferred.
