Experience:

7+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with strong experience working on Salesforce/CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.

- Gather and translate business requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories.

- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and prioritize Salesforce solutions.

- Write high-quality user stories using INVEST principles and Gherkin acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize product backlog using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and other technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities and CRM processes.

- Support Customer 360 initiatives and customer-centric digital transformation programs.





- Ensure alignment between business objectives, Salesforce capabilities, and technical implementation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Product Owner / Business Analyst experience.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce / SFDC.

- Experience managing Salesforce product backlogs and roadmaps.

- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.

- Excellent user story writing using INVEST and Gherkin.

- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks: RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF.

- Strong understanding of Customer 360.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
