About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM / Procurement & Inventory Management Lead to join an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project leveraging SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, strong expertise in Procurement and Inventory Management, and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition using SAP best practices.

This position requires strong functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional activities related to Procurement and Inventory Management throughout the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Leverage SAP best practices and the Fit-to-Standard approach to design effective solutions.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and identify process gaps.
- Recommend standard SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and practical SAP solutions.
- Provide functional leadership and support throughout critical project phases.
- Ensure Procurement and Inventory Management processes are aligned with the overall SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud solution architecture.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations leveraging SAP best practices – Required.




- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition Greenfield implementations – Required.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations as an MM & Inventory Management Lead – Required.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Strong experience leading Fit-to-Standard and solution design workshops.
- Ability to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend standard SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams in international implementation environments.
- English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced – Mandatory.
- Availability to travel to the US during critical project phases.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience working on Life Science projects is a big plus.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working on international or integral SAP implementation projects.
- Strong cross-functional integration experience with other SAP modules.
- Previous experience serving as an SAP MM / Procurement & Inventory Management Lead on large-scale S/4HANA implementations.
