We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with proven experience leading Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires a professional who can transform strategic objectives into executable plans while coordinating Security, Network Engineering, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, and vendor teams to successfully deliver complex technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Cybersecurity initiatives

✅ Define project scope, execution strategy, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements

✅ Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, technology refresh, migration, and decommissioning projects

✅ Coordinate Security, Network Engineering, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, and external vendor teams

✅ Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, governance, and stakeholder expectations

✅ Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

✅ Provide executive-level project updates, translating technical progress into clear business impact

✅ Ensure adherence to security, compliance, quality, and governance standards

✅ Support change management, release management,



and operational readiness activities

✅ Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence across project teams

Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies

✔ Experience leading Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technology Modernization initiatives

✔ Experience working directly with Security Architects, Network Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, and Cloud Operations teams

✔ Strong understanding of Data Centers, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Security Controls, Disaster Recovery, and Enterprise Infrastructure environments

✔ Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and technology service providers

✔ Ability to build executable delivery plans from high-level strategic objectives

✔ Strong risk management, dependency management, and governance experience

✔ Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills

✔ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

➕ PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications

➕ Experience with cybersecurity programs, vulnerability remediation, IAM, Zero Trust, Disaster Recovery, or security infrastructure initiatives

➕ Experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Enterprise Technology
