Achieve and comply the manufacturing KPIs for the Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant, painting cabs and cargo boxes with Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery Times as requested by the company, based on our Stellantis Production System (SPS).

Ensure the fulfillment with the KPIs of its control section through the application and maintenance of the tools of the SPW domains and the requirements of the Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems.

Coordinate support areas performance into the complex like HR, EHS, MLM, VPE and suppliers to achieve the production volume, quality indicators and hourly rates.

Requirements:

MS Office, Google Suite, Rumba Mainframe, CAD Systems, SAP System, Quality Tools, SPW Tools, Production Flow and Supplier Chain Managment, Pretreatment (Zirconio and E-Coat), Sealer Process (automatic and manualy), Top Coat (Primer, Base and Clear), Finesse and Low Bake Process, PLC Programming, Networks Communication, Color Change and Launch, Conveyor Systems, Robotic (Durr adn Fanuc as preference), Production Flow.
