This role is idóneo for a C++ Developer with solid knowledge of Win32 API, Windows internals, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production software.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience developing software with C++.
- Strong hands-on experience with Win32 API — MUST HAVE.
- Solid understanding of Windows development and Windows operating system concepts.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management in C++.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting Windows applications.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and modern C++ development practices.
- Experience working with APIs, system-level components, or desktop applications.
- Knowledge of Windows processes, services, DLLs, IPC, or Windows system programming is a strong plus.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and identify root causes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Advanced English skills (mandatory): must be comfortable participating in technical discussions, meetings,



and communicating with international teams.

Requirements

- Develop, maintain, and enhance production-grade applications using C++ and Win32 API.
- Design and implement Windows-based components and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with Win32 APIs, Windows processes, threads, synchronization, memory management, and system resources.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, including CPU, memory, I/O, and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Windows system components and third-party libraries.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, architecture, and development practices.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and other engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Investigate technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and system components.
