We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Sourcer to join our Americas Employer Reputation and Talent Sourcing team.
You will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and sourcing diverse talent for hard-to-fill, technical, and/or critical vacancies to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce across our business. You will also be responsible for pipelining and engaging talent for future needs in critical areas and leveraging data and insights to partner with and advise hiring managers, talent partners, and stakeholders throughout Mars.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have a knack for analyzing and presenting data to develop robust diverse sourcing strategies. You will have deep sourcing expertise and be able to demonstrate creative ways of finding candidates outside of the typical channels, with a special focus on building relationships with organizations, associations, and groups to ensure our sourcing campaigns resonate with talent and enhance our employer brand.
What are we looking for?
- An expert sourcer with an eye for finding, attracting, and engaging top talent from a variety of different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, SeekOut, social media, x-ray searches, etc.), Boolean expert skills required.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence without authority, cross-functionally.
- Ideally, at least 5 years’ experience conducting research and sourcing to identify and attract diverse candidates for open roles, including passive candidates and underrepresented groups.
- Previous experience pipelining for future needs using workforce data, data & insights, and building and nurturing talent pools in service of future hiring needs.
- Data savvy,
able to provide insights and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help influence hiring decisions.
- Prior certifications in sourcing, talent acquisition, and/or diversity recruitment would be highly preferred but not required.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Elevate our diversity sourcing roadmap to create sustainable inbound and outbound strategies to identify and increase diverse talent across Mars throughout Latin America
- Partner closely with hiring managers, talent partners, and the business to execute sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill or niche roles.
- Pipeline talent for future needs in our CRM, leveraging email & SMS marketing to nurture and keep talent engaged for when vacancies arise.
- Conduct market mapping and leverage data and insights to create recommendations around hiring and people initiatives in the business.
- Partner with Employer Reputation Specialists to ensure our employer value proposition (EVP) is brought to life in our sourcing campaigns.
- Create and deliver diverse sourcing capability training for the Americas Talent Acquisition team.
- Attend and network at key diversity events, career fairs, and conferences to build relationships with talent and program directors virtually or on-site as defined by the leadership team.
- Build strong relationships to advance our diversity talent strategy across our business, including partnering with our TA Program Diversity Manager, Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), EI&D;, and line managers.
