What You'll Do

Manage the financial performance of the Beauty and Dermocosmetics category, ensuring sales, profitability, and market competitiveness objectives are met. Lead the commercial strategy for brand acquisition and development, building strong relationships with commercial partners. Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements with strategic suppliers regarding pricing, promotional campaigns, and seasonal inventory planning.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in commercial areas, purchasing, category management, business development, or related positions. Solid experience in team leadership, profitability management, and negotiation with mass consumption brands, beauty, or similar industries. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or spreadsheets, as well as AI-based applications. Advanced English language skills.
