IVALUA ADMINISTRATOR – 12-Month Contract

Tenneco is looking for an experienced Ivalua Administrator to support our general procurement organization. This is a 12-month contract position based in Mexico, supporting the administration, configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of the Ivalua procurement platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong Ivalua technical expertise with an understanding of procurement processes, data management, system integrations, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary administrator for the Ivalua platform.
- Configure and maintain workflows, approval paths, forms, business rules, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, deployment activities, and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to end users.
- Support procurement processes including sourcing, supplier management, contract management, vendor onboarding, and procure-to-pay.
- Maintain data integrity across supplier, contract, and procurement master data.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Manage data imports, exports, mass updates, and migration activities.
- Coordinate with IT and external partners on system integrations.
- Support interfaces between Ivalua and ERP, Finance, Supplier, and other enterprise systems.
- Assist with testing and validation of new integrations and system enhancements.
- Develop system documentation, training materials, and user guides.




- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline procurement processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of Ivalua best practices.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering or supporting the Ivalua platform.
- Hands-on experience with workflow configuration and user/security administration.
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, or procure-to-pay processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred

- Ivalua Administrator, Configuration, or Technical Certification.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, reporting tools, or data integration technologies.
- Experience with procurement best practices and supplier lifecycle management.
- Project management or business analysis experience.
