Senior Threat Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Threat Implementation Engineer to support enterprise security deployments, infrastructure refresh initiatives, hardware/software upgrades, and lifecycle management programs within large-scale enterprise environments.

The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SkyHigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG), F5 SSL Orchestrator (SSLO), Trellix FireEye , and advanced network engineering expertise in BGP, Arista, Cisco Nexus, Nexus Dashboard, VXLAN, and Cisco ACI . This role requires a professional capable of executing complex deployments with minimal impact to production environments while supporting critical security and network transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Deploy, implement, and support enterprise Threat Security solutions and infrastructure.
- Execute hardware and software refreshes, migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
- Perform technical planning, implementation validation, testing, and risk assessments.
- Develop implementation plans, deployment documentation, rollback strategies, and change records.
- Execute infrastructure changes while minimizing impact to production services.
- Support deployment and integration of security platforms including SkyHigh SWG, F5 SSLO, and Trellix FireEye.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, asset inventories, implementation records, and project close-out activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service delivery optimization.
- Support maintenance windows, after-hours implementations,



and production change activities when required.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Threat Security solutions.
- Strong experience in security engineering, implementation, deployment, and integration of enterprise security platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SkyHigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) .
- Hands-on experience with F5 SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) .
- Hands-on experience with Trellix FireEye .
- Strong network engineering experience with BGP, Arista, Cisco Nexus, Nexus Dashboard, VXLAN, and Cisco ACI .
- Experience supporting enterprise deployment and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management, implementation planning, testing, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of DMZ environments and Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Experience working within financial services, banking, or highly regulated environments.
- Understanding of enterprise network infrastructure and risk management practices.
- ISC2 CISSP certification or equivalent security certification.
- Linux/UNIX administration experience.
- Scripting or programming experience with Python, Shell, Perl, Golang, C, or C++.
- Experience with automation, DevOps practices, and operational process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with application support, production support, and solution delivery processes.
