Role:

- Book domestic and international business trips including transportation (flight/train/rental car) and accommodation for colleagues/events incl. group bookings and related monitoring, while handling changes or cancellations
- Assist with planning and updating travel itineraries, as well as coordinating logistics to ensure employees are informed about their trips
- Check compliance with internal travel policies and support adherence to the travel budget
- Handle general travel inquiries and assist with administrative tasks in travel management
- Be a central point of contact for travelling colleagues and contribute to the team to optimize organizational processes and provide administrative support
- Prepare procurement price comparisons, maintain the ticket system and audit documentation
- Run the front desk: switchboard, calls, visitor reception and badges, office security, mail, couriers, supply orders and invoice control

Requirements:

- C1 English or C2 local language - fluent reading, writing and speaking
- Knowledge and experience in the tourism and business travel industry




- Experience with MS Office
- Understanding of corporate travel industry in general and in particular of travel management abroad
- 3+ years in travel management or administration; degree in travel, business or hospitality a plus
- Organized, service-oriented, independent and a strong team player
