U.S. Talent Sourcer / Technical Recruiter – Find a U.S. Software Developer & Resident

We’re looking for an experienced U.S.-based talent sourcer or technical recruiter to help us find a strong Software Developer for a long-term, part-time collaboration with our international technology team.

We care about quality over quantity and want someone who can identify genuine, qualified U.S.-based developers who are eligible for the role and interested in long-term work.

- What You’ll Do

Understand our requirements and define the ideal candidate profile. Source experienced U.S.-based Software Developers.

Screen candidates for technical experience, communication, reliability, and fit.

Provide a focused shortlist of 3–5 qualified candidates.

Share screening notes and potential concerns.

Advise on reasonable U.S. contractor/freelance compensation.

Coordinate introductions and interviews.

Support the final selection process.

Proven experience recruiting U.S. software/technical talent. Strong understanding of the U.S. freelance/contract tech market.





Experience sourcing developers in areas such as AI/ML, backend, frontend, full-stack, cloud, or data engineering.

Strong screening, communication, and organizational skills.

Focused on quality rather than sending large numbers of resumes.

Sourcing strategy. Shortlist of qualified candidates.

Candidate profiles and screening summaries.

Compensation guidance.

Interview coordination and hiring support.

Open to either a fixed project fee or success-based fee. Please include your preferred pricing structure, fee, availability, and estimated timeline.
