Workday HCM Functional – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

- Configure system requirements for various Human Resources processes including, but not limited to Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence.
- Provide end-to-end business processes, supported by technical configuration.
- Analyze and recommend continued process improvements and system enhancements to support customers.




- Ensure selected work products meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications Required

- 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
- Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- 2+ years of related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a Workday end user.
- Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system.
- Understanding of HR data models, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, business processes and organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.




- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement. • Ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude to learn and investigate.
- Superior Communication Skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Preferred

- Workday HCM Certified, strongly preferred but not required.
- Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
