What You’ll Do

This position is responsible to lead Dyno Nobel's commercial strategy and execution throughout Mexico to achieve sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion. Responsible for direct management of Tier 1 mining customer relationships, development of commercial channels, growth of AN, Bulk Explosives and Initiating Systems sales, and optimization of distributor and JV partnerships.



The role provides strategic leadership across all customer-facing activities while ensuring delivery of Dyno Nobel's value proposition through commercial, technical, and operational alignment. Additional responsibilities include:

Commercial Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico to achieve revenue, margin, EBIT, and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across mining, quarrying, and industrial customer segments.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand Dyno Nobel's footprint throughout Mexico.
- Develop regional growth plans aligned with Dyno Nobel's North American strategy.

Strategic Account Management
- Personally lead executive relationships with Tier 1 mining customers and strategic prospects.
- Conduct regular executive engagement with key customers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
