Coordinate with Master Scheduler and other areas in order to give jobstatus.Capable to solving and handle day to day operations issues proposing improvements to workflowto enhance performance and maintaining quality and safety standards in shop. Supervise assigned Repair Shop technicians performing tests and repairs on aviation unitsper FAA requirements and in accordance with component maintenance manual (CMM)requirements. Ensure that schedule set by the master scheduler is executed. Handle issues,communicate and coordinate solutions. Managing technician's time, training,



attendance and labor utilization. Train and motivate employees in their work standards. Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency ofworkers. Recommend methods to improve production efficiencies. Work to improve and developprocesses to reduce cycle time. Lead and implement approved continuous improvement ideas identified by employees. Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law,company's policies and regulations requirements. Pro-active in the Safran HSE standardsand procedures within their daily work, staying alert to potential safety hazards whenlearning or implementing something new (skills and/or equipment).
