Position Title:

Senior Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager, Americas Region

Hybrid role with ability to be in office 2-3 times per week.

This role is idóneo for a leader with strong customer care and order management experience within a supply chain organization,



who enjoys balancing team leadership with hands-on operational execution. Reports to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain with dotted line reporting to the Americas VP of Sales.

A Day in the Life

The Sr. Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager will be responsible for supply chain and logistics functions including:
- Customer Care
- Material procurement
- Production planning
- Inventory control
- Logistics and distribution

They must ensure the best customer experience to external and internal customers while operating within company guidelines and ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely, comprehensive manner. These duties include:
- Managing and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, order status communication, issue resolution, and invoicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
