Job Summary
The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME)



– Wire Harness Manufacturing is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing processes across Dekko's wire harness operations. This position serves as the technical expert for wire cutting, crimping, harness assembly, electrical testing, and process automation while leading capital projects, new product introductions (NPI), manufacturing optimization, and operational excellence initiatives across Dekko's integral manufacturing facilities.
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes for wire harness production.
- Develop manufacturing standards and process capability across wire cutting, stripping, crimping, harness assembly, electrical testing, and automation.
- Lead manufacturing readiness activities for New Product Introductions (NPI).
