Buckland is looking for an Air Operations Supervisor
What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's operations department. This includes managing the operation staff, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all operational processes.



The Operations Supervisor will be a key leader and will assist with developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service.

You will be responsible for
- To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Tariff research and classification of goods to comply with Canadian, Mexican and US customs regulations (as applicable).
- Assist Team Leaders, Customs Account Analyst and Customer Service Representatives in problem solving and addressing errors accordingly.
- Monitors, supervise and measure team performance across all task in Air, Land and Ocean Logistics as applicable to achieve company defined goals and KPI's.
- Handling requests from internal and external clients in a prioritized, professional, and efficient manner.
