play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales
compensation programs while contributing to the growth of our integral sales
organization.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to manage commission
calculations, reporting, process improvements, and compensation plan
administration in a fast-paced international environment.

Key responsibilities in this Financial Analyst position:

* Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentives
* Act as the primary contact for commission-related questions from the Sales
team
* Maintain compensation plans, targets, rates, and exception management
* Review and validate commission data to ensure accuracy
* Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and financial reconciliations
* Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quality controls and
commission processes




* Identify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes
* Support global standardization of sales compensation practices

What will help you succeed in this Financial Analyst position:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, or a
similar environment
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with commission management tools such as Callidus is an asset
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a collaborative, international environment
