Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance on our Retail locations across the US, via Facilities Management Software.
Process service orders (tickets) via Facilities Management Software, servicing small-box retail locations across the US.
Sourcing of maintenance and construction vendors across the United States, these vendors must agree to CONIFE terms on payments, quality, and service standards.
Coordinate furniture arrangements, new equipment installation, preventive and reactive maintenance between Sales Branch Managers, District Managers and external service providers.
Constantly provide follow up until work orders are completed.
Creation and follow up of purchase requisitions with the Procurement team.
Vendor payment follows up with the Accounts payable team.
Participation during the mergers and acquisition processes

Requirements
Education Level: High School




Advanced English Level
Computer knowledge:
- Word processing software
- Spreadsheet software

Basic maintenance or construction experience in the US
Customer service activities
