About the role
As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you will monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements. You'll be a critical safeguard against supply disruptions — identifying risks early, driving recovery plans,



and keeping shipments on track so our customers receive what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks that could impact customer deliveries or manufacturing operations
Driving supplier recovery plans for critical shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, and logistics disruptions
Managing delivery assurance processes and working to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives
Implementing solutions for shipment coordination, sub-process suppliers, and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and identifying root causes impacting delivery performance
Implementing process improvements and deploying delivery assurance systems for early identification of shortages
