Sr. Associate Business Planning and Financial Analysis

As a Sr. Associate Business Planning and Financial Analysis supporting the IT team, you will execute core financial processes, including forecasting, month-end closing, vendor and PO management, and annual planning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Line Owners, and Functional Leadership, and will serve as a key user and administrator of the Reveal Forecast tool.

function, you will be trusted to deliver financial transactions and provide insights to enable strategic decision-making through accurate planning, forecasting, and analysis at our Mexico City office (hybrid).
In this role, a typical day will include:
Forecasting & Financial Planning
Maintain and update monthly service expenditure forecasts in forecasting tool.
Conduct forecast review meetings with Line Owners and submit monthly forecasts to Finance.
Match actuals to forecasts and define reconciliation rules.
Calculate personnel costs and support month-end close activities.
Monitor financial variances and provide explanations to stakeholders.
Month-End Close & Accruals
Interface with Finance during Month-End Close.
Prepare Purchase Orders accrual estimates and submit manual accruals.
Support variance analysis and financial health reviews with Function Leadership.
