Your Role: Bill to Cash Subject Matter Expert
As a Bill to Cash Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of Elanco Business Solutions and provide expert guidance to the Cash Management team within the Order to Cash (O2C) process. In this global role,



you will support cash application, credit management, collections, compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with internal stakeholders and Information Technology.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP-enabled cash management and O2C processes, including cash application, cash allocation, adjustments, and remittance management.
Support credit management and collections activities by reviewing credit information, managing customer credit limits, releasing blocked orders, and promoting timely payment.
Develop and maintain process documentation, deliver training, review performance metrics, and provide guidance on complex operational issues.
Support general and regional O2C projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and collaboration with Information Technology.
Contribute to governance and compliance activities, including Sarbanes-Oxle
