Position: Coordinator Professional TrainingWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator of Professional Training to join our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce. Your contribution will directly support the professional development initiatives that underpin our organization's growth and employee success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate professional training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development plans.Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and prioritize learning opportunities.Organize logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.Facilitate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in-person or through virtual platforms.Manage relationships with external training providers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training content.Track and report on training participation,



outcomes, and effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, attendance, and certifications.Support the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.Assist employees and management with inquiries related to training programs and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in coordinating, administering, or delivering professional training programs.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate diverse participants.Familiarity with learning management systems and virtual training tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt train
