Accountabilities
Build and lead a unified Brand & Creative function, establishing its mandate, operating model, workflows, standards, and long-term capabilities.
Own brand and creative strategy in direct support of demand generation, pipeline growth, brand awareness, and market reputation.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team across content, social, brand, and design, creating clear expectations around both business outcomes and professional growth.
Establish and manage the editorial calendar while directing creative execution across the marketing funnel to ensure content and campaigns are delivered consistently and purposefully.
Develop a strong pipeline of creative concepts and experiments that can support demand generation testing and uncover new opportunities for growth.
