We are seeking a Jr. Packaging Specialist to support packaging development initiatives, supplier quality activities, and value creation projects across Mexico operations. This role will collaborate with Packaging Engineers, Quality teams, bottlers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to help ensure packaging materials and processes meet Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), CPS standards, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge of packaging and quality systems,



strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do for Us
• Support packaging development and optimization projects related to primary and secondary packaging materials across CPS Mexico operations, ensuring compliance with KORE and CPS requirements.
• Partner with Packaging Engineers and Laboratory Packaging Inspectors to facilitate packaging process initiatives and support the successful implementation of packaging improvements and new developments.
