Job Summary:
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled.
The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor role involves directing manufacturing operations carried out on a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they meet volume, quality, and cost objectives.
What a typical day looks like:
Follow-up and compliance with production rates.
Personnel management (attendance, permissions, vacations, activities, training, etc.).
WIP control.
Material control (assembly kits and scrap).
Escalations due to line stoppages.
Attend support meetings (Checkpoint).
Training plan for personnel under their supervision.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Completed Engineering degree or Bach
