JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Works without supervision.

· Advises on significant risk and legal matters that are impactful to the overall business results.
· Sets and executes on strategy.

· Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas to sr leaders.
· Ability to develop and coach less experienced staff.
· Good collaboration with sr leaders, recommends and drive best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· Good oral and written communication, good judgement, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to work in a changing, fast paced, and energetic environment.

· Strong work ethic, motivated and self-starter, ability to resolve conflict, business acumen with business-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to prioritize and manage competing demands

· Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Graduate of an ABA or foreign equivalent law school, member of a bar in good standing, eligible to practice law in jurisdiction.
· Minimum of 15 years legal experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
