What You'll Do

* Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials
(BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
* Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and
timely delivery.




* Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast
execution across departments.
* Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear
understanding of project urgency.
* Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality
outcomes.

Who We’re Looking for

* A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years
of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce
(SFDC).
* advanced verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is
required.
* A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project
goals.
* Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and
priorities.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently
and meet tight deadlines.

Work Arrangement

* Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days'
