Elaborar, Planear y Supervisar la correcta ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento correctivos y de acuerdo con los programas de mantenimiento preventivos y predictivos.
Asegurar la disponibilidad de equipos de producción de tequila y envasado, además de los equipos de control e instrumentación y demás servicios requeridos para operar la Planta.
Administrar de manera efectiva el personal a su cargo, el nivel de inventario en el almacén de refacciones, así como el presupuesto de mantenimiento
