Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located on Flex North.

Operations the Process Engineering Manager Responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and operators of approximately 60 employees to achieve production, quality, delivery, and operational objectives.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems across SMT manufacturing operations.
• Establish and improve process capabilities for SMT processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, placement, reflow, and AOI.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize process documentation, work instructions, setup sheets, and manufacturing procedures.
• Lead SMT process development projects to meet customer product specifications, delivery requirements, quality standards,
