Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst L2 located in Guadalajara, North Campus.




Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst L2 role will be responsible of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders, and delivering a viable and consistent solution.
